Today, we will cook an incredibly tasty cinnamon rolls. Another popular name for them is “Cinnabon”. See how they will look like. It’s so delicious! Cinnamon and sugar inside every layer of rolls. On the top there is a white mascarpone glaze. Pour warm milk into a bowl, add dry yeast and 2 spoons of sugar. Mix it. Add 2-3 tbsp. of flour. Mix everything well until you get a homogenious mass. Put 2 eggs In a mixer bowl. Give them a good shaking until they increase in size and get brightened. Add 75 grams of sugar and whip it well. Fix the dough whisk on the mixer. Add butter. (Put a piece of butter aside). If you don’t have a kitchen machine, use a mixer. Add a teaspoon of salt, vanilla (in any form), 4 cups of sifted flour (250 g/a cups). Add yeast and start to whip the mass. At first at a low speed. Look at the dough: it is very soft, but practically does not stick to hands. Put the dough on the table. Wash and dry your hands well. Form the dough. Place the dough in a bowl and cover it with a lid. Let it stay for an hour. Time to make the filling and the topping. Mix cinnamon and sugar. You can add a yellow sugar and even cocoa. This is for the filling. Now the topping. Put Mascarpone into a large bowl. Add sugar powder. Additionally you can add vanillin (not vanilla sugar). Mix the mass until the sugar powder gets melted. What mascarpone can be replaced by? Take 100 g of 20% cream, 100 g of sugar powder, 100 grams of curd (passed through the sieve). and mix it well. Cove the table with some flour. Take one half of the dough and roll it into 0.19 inch. Spread butter over the dough. Sprinkle sugar mixed with cinnamon over the rolled dough. Now we need to make a roll. Just immitate my moves. Cut the roll in half. Then cut each part into 1.57 inch long pieces. Lubricate the baking tray (bottom and sides). Now, just imitate my moves. Put the baking tray into the oven, preheated to 356 F for 30 minutes. While buns are still hot, spread the mascarpone cream topping. This is how cinnabons look like. Serve them warm.
