with Laurie today we are baking crepe! Let’s see what we need to cook 6 eggs 250 gr flour 375 milk orange blossom (optional) or vanilla I made my pastry last night because
the pastry needs to rest into the fridge at least 4 h. So I broke my eggs then I had the
flour and the milk. I add orange blossom because my mum always put orange blossom in her recipe
I used with it if I don’t have it I miss it ! but it’s optional! I don’t have a crepe
pan! It’s not a real french !! Cut her head !! But I have syrup! I am living in Canada
I can’t eat crepes without syrup! Let’s start it! Without looking my pan! I am afraid! How I manage my success, I really believe you have to challenge yourself, try new things,
