How to Make a Vanilla Lip Balm with Coconut Oil and Beeswax

[MUSIC PLAYING] I’m going to show you today how
to do a vanilla lip balm– so simple and completely natural. So I’m using 20
grams of shea butter, 10 grams of coconut oil, and
also 10 grams of beeswax. And I’m also going to be using
10 to 15 drops of vanilla essential oil. So all you need to do is heat it
up in a pan until it’s melted. Obviously, you don’t
want to burn it. So be really careful
when you are heating it. I’m going to go and do that now,
and I’ll be back in a second. So as you can see,
it’s completely melted, and now I’m going
to add the drops. So you can do 10 to 15. I’m going to do 15,
because I really like the smell of vanilla. And then just give it a mix. So pour it into your containers. You can just use normal
bowls or anything and just cover them up. I just bought these online. So just get whatever
ones you fancy. And just pour it in. You then want to let it set. I’d say this takes
two hours or so. And they’re great because they
stay completely solidified. And obviously, I love
coconut oil as a lip balm, but it melts when it’s hot. So you have to make sure
you have it always sealed. So yeah, it’s so simple. And enjoy. [MUSIC PLAYING]
