The next step is that you are going to want
to take some butter and a lot of people don’t like to watch this because if your hands are
clean this is the best way to do it. I usually use soften margarine to do this if you just
take a hand full out of your margarine tub or butter tub if you soften butter and run
that fairly liberally over the top of your dough. Once you are done doing that you would
probably want to wash your hands to get rid of the additional grease. Once you have done that you would probably
want to wash your hands to get the additional butter that was on your hands and then take
the filling that you have chose to use and then again you put some nuts in here if you
like. I just don’t care for them and you can but some raisins I don’t care for those either.
If God intended for a grape to look like that they would grow that way kind of funny for
a baker to be finicky but I am. And sprinkle your filling on there and again with your
hands or hand just to even that out right to the edges so that you have filling all
the way through. Wash your hands again.
